On a slightly chilly February evening not so long ago after a standard heavy Wednesday evening one King's Rugby player a little worse for wear decided to fulfil a vision he had. He stumbled out of the Walkabout, noticing in his intoxicated state that the Thames seemed to be at a reasonably high tide. So instead of following the crowd and the team in walking to another nightspot he trudged up to the centre of Waterloo Bridge. Needless to say what happened next, he stepped over the rails  at the edge of the bridge and without thinking twice in his drunken condition leapt from the bars down into the depths of the Thames.
